In the summer of 2021, owner of One Call Away, LLC, Mandy Yvonne felt compelled to share her journey of ups and downs with the world. Mandy had encountered many challenges in being a follower of Jesus Christ, wife, mother, homeschool mom, daughter, and friend. She began to wonder if she may be able to help someone in a similar situation to see hope in an unchanging source...faith in Jesus Christ. The opportunity was right before her and she came up with the name "One Call Away" because the name was fitting for more than one reason. Mandy's business is based in a small Virginia town called "Callaway", and she had always felt she was "called away" from her hometown in West Virginia to live in Virginia and serve with her husband in all of life's endeavors. She also holds dear to the understanding that in all that she encounters, her only hope is to call on her Lord in prayer. She knows that He is only one call away from hearing us and that He answers. In turn, she uses her ebooks and blog posts to show her desire to be one story away from helping someone else...sharing her experiences of hope and faith in a broken and challenging world.
